I launched May Floral in 2014. My priorities are attention to detail, creativity and professionalism. I consider it a privilege to be a part of some of life’s most cherished moments. I take on a limited number of events each year with the goal of exceeding expectations and providing memorable floral designs that are uniquely yours. I am personally involved in all steps of the floral planning process from the consultation, to the sourcing of your flowers and supplies from around the world, to the set up of your event. You have a lot to manage when planning a celebration, and I want to make selecting gorgeous flowers the easiest part, allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.
In my free time, I love to travel, read, try new restaurants and visit gardens and museums. I live in Evanston with my spouse and rescue dog, Reba.
Our Process
Simple yet personalized steps to flowers that set the celebratory mood of your event!

Provide basic information about your event (date, location, etc.) by completing our inquiry form (weddings) or sending us an email. Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email response.

We schedule a virtual or in person meeting to discuss your vision, requirements and ideas and answer any questions you may have.

After our consultation, we create and send a personalized proposal that includes mood boards, pricing and description of services.

Upon your approval of the proposal, we sign an agreement and send you an invoice for a 25% deposit to reserve your wedding date.

Four to 6 weeks prior to your wedding date, we meet again to confirm final details (e.g., delivery times, table counts) and provide you with a final floral plan and an invoice for your final balance.

Finally, during the week of your wedding, we work to bring your vision to life. We handle the delivery, set up of ceremony and reception, and return for late night pick up of all of the rentals.
