Style: Elegant with a touch of whimsy

Spring flowers, a beautiful venue and joyful details all worked together to create the timeless yet whimsical vibe Mindy and Daniel envisioned for their wedding at Artifact Events (South Building). The floral designs, made of peonies, orchids, ranunculus, anemones, tulips, ferns and more, were a perfect complement to the venue’s unique, industrial flair. For the ceremony, a simple, deconstructed arch styled with greenery and blooms let the beauty of the courtyard take center stage. Keeping with their botanical elegance theme, arrangements in garden urns, potted plants and romantic candles adorned the reception. Two of my favorite details include the couple’s Jenga guestbook and place cards with calligraphy by the bride. Thanks to Rachael Steacy, planner extraordinaire, who designed and coordinated the day perfectly!
