May Floral offers bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and ceremony and reception floral design. Our service includes delivery, set up and tear down of the flowers. We also provide rentals related to the florals, such as vases, arches, candles, etc. We do not provide linens, stationery, lighting or draping but can connect you with amazing vendors we have worked with who can assist. This allows us to focus on what we do best - FLOWERS!

Prices depend on factors such as guest count, size of wedding party, delivery location(s), timeline, season, flower varieties desired and sizes/types of designs. We typically work with floral budgets ranging from $4,000 to $10,000. Besides the flowers, our prices include a consultation, a detailed floral proposal, venue walkthrough if needed, access to our rental inventory, delivery, setup and post-event strike. Here is our general pricing guide to assist in determining an initial budget.

First, we set up a consultation. Based on our meeting, a custom proposal with description of services, a mood board and prices will be sent to you. To secure your date, we sign an agreement. The proposal is a working document that we can continue to refine throughout your planning. Four to 6 weeks before your big day, we chat again to finalize the floral plan.

If you have your venue secured, an estimated guest count and an idea of colors and style, we can chat anytime. Our clients generally book us about 6-12 months prior to the wedding date.

Pinterest is a great tool to gather inspiration images for your color palette and style and gives us a head start in creating your proposal. Having a starting budget helps as well to give us a clear picture of what floral services we can provide for you.

A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure your date. This payment will be applied towards your final invoice. Because we order your flowers and supplies ahead of time, payment of final balance is required 3 weeks prior to the wedding.

We accept electronic and paper checks, credit cards and debit cards without fees.

Yes, we can continue to work together to plan your wedding flowers until 3 weeks before your date.

Yes. We have worked with a lot of venues that require a COI. If required, please let us know and we will email document to you or the venue.

Because of the seasonal nature of flowers, availability changes weekly. Samples are not automatically included in our quotes but can be added for an additional fee. If you choose to invest, your sample will be similar in feel, color and scale, but floral varieties may not be the same. Instead of samples, we can work with inspiration photos and show images from similar weddings we’ve been a part of in the past.

If you would like use your own vases, they would have to be approved to ensure that their shape and size can accommodate the design style. We have a great inventory of vases for rent. Our collection is constantly growing and changing with current trends. If there is something specific you are looking for, we’re happy to collaborate.

The flowers, yes. Our quotes include rented vases that we pick up at the end of your event unless otherwise requested and quoted.

At this time, we only offer full service weddings.

In general, only yours. We book weddings on a first come, first serve basis. We may book a second on depending on location, the scale of the event and team availability.
